Need Towing & Recovery Help?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your business hours?

We are open 24/7 for towing and recovery services.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash or Card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa).

  • What areas do you serve?

We serve Platte City, MO, and the greater Kansas City metro including Kansas City, KS, and Kansas City, MO.

  • I’ve had an accident what do I do next?

If you are involved in a single car accident and have insurance contact your insurance company and make a claim. If it is multiple vehicles involved you can wait for the police report to be completed, which can take approximately 5-10 business days depending on the time of year, so that you can file on the at fault vehicle’s insurance or file on your own insurance in which they will go after the other people’s insurance. If you do not have insurance you can contact us about making other arrangements to satisfy the bill.

  • My car was impounded by the police due to an arrest, it was stolen, or abandoned, what do I need to do?

You need to bring proof of ownership (title or registration), state-issued ID (examples include driver’s license, passport, military ID, or printed DL from police dept) and your form of payment to satisfy the bill.

  • My car is impounded and I’m unavailable to pick it up can I send my family member, friend etc.?

Typically impounded vehicles are released only to registered owners or lien holders. However, if a person is incarcerated, in a hospital, or out of the country, you may provide a notarized letter stating which year make model, and the person may pick the vehicle up. The designated person picking up the car must still show ID and registration for the said vehicle along with the notarized letter.
